The Residential Sales Representative drives new residential business by selling pest control services, building rapport with homeowners, identifying pest concerns, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs and exceed sales goals. What We’re Looking For: Smart Prospector Skilled Negotiator Deal Closer Quota Crusher Team Player Customer Satisfier We Offer… Competitive Base Salary Uncapped Commissions Company car and gas card Comprehensive Benefits Package State-of-the-art Training Facilities Tuition Reimbursement Financial Stability Career Advancement A winning team around YOU Key Responsibilities Generate new residential sales through door-to-door canvassing, inbound/outbound leads, and referrals Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatment plans Educate customers on pest control services, prevention methods, and service agreements Prepare and present pricing, service options, and contracts clearly and professionally Close sales and ensure accurate completion of service agreements and documentation Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Comply with all company policies, safety procedures, and local/state regulations Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required No Experience Required! Valid driver’s license required Must be 18 years of age Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid) Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments REDEFINE YOUR CAREER Recent college graduate?
