Ionic Painting Inc. is a premier commercial painting contractor servicing large-scale developers, general contractors, and property managers across the NYC and New Jersey metro areas. We specialize in high-volume commercial fit-outs, industrial coatings, and multi-family residential projects.

What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and build relationships with General Contractors (GCs), Developers, and Commercial Property Managers across NYC and NJ.
- Pitch commercial painting services, lead bid presentations, and negotiate contract terms.
- Partner with our internal estimating team to deliver accurate, competitive proposals.
- Maintain a pipeline of repeat commercial accounts to secure ongoing project volume.
Qualifications:
- Required: 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (preferably in commercial construction, building materials, or sub-contracting trade sales).
- Required: Proven track record of cold outreach, networking, and relationship management.
- Preferred: Existing network of NYC/NJ General Contractors, Developers, or Building Managers.
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort discussing commercial project scopes.
