Pharmacy Program Manager Clinical

Organization Pharm Compliance & Proc Improv Job Summary Plans, develops, and executes ongoing program(s) that impact a significant segment of the organization under occasional guidance. Position Highlights Hybrid opportunity available. Monday - Friday Day Shift. No weekends and no holidays. Responsibilities include education for pharmacy employees, developing compliance and competency training, maintaining pharmacy intranet, creating compliance newsletter, and administrative responsibilities such as managing calendars and scheduling meetings. Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician through either PTCB or NHA in order to be considered. Must have a TN Pharmacy Technician License. 3 years of relevant experience is required. The following experience is highly preferred: leadership, compliance/regulatory experience, education/training experience, experience developing training/education, experience with Word, Excel, Articulate (education development system), REDCap, and The Learning Exchange. Attention to detail, the ability to collaborate with others and also work independently, and creativity are critical to be successful in this position. Key Responsibilities Provides budgetary management to the program. Provides training and guidance for individuals supporting the program. Promotes growth and expansion of the program. Oversees the creation, coordination and execution of the program. The responsibilities listed are a general overview of the position and additional duties may be assigned. Financial Processes (Intermediate): Ability to monitor costs, expenses and revenue as well as the ability to manage those costs and expenses in relation to budgeted amounts. Process Improvement (Intermediate): Identifies, analyzes and improves upon existing business processes for optimization and to meet standards of quality. Fostering Innovation: Generates New Ideas; Applies Technology; Adapts to Change. Position Qualifications Certifications: LIC-Pharmacy Technician – Tennessee. Work Experience: Relevant Work Experience. Experience Level: 3 years. Education: Bachelor's (Required).
