A growing commercial real estate organization is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of medical office properties and deliver a high level of service to tenants, clients, and stakeholders.

This role is responsible for the overall performance of assigned properties, including day-to-day operations, tenant relationships, financial management, vendor oversight, building maintenance, and capital and tenant improvement projects . The Property Manager will play an important role in ensuring each property operates efficiently, provides an exceptional tenant experience, and achieves its financial and operational objectives.

The ideal candidate is an experienced commercial property management professional who combines strong relationship-building skills, financial acumen, operational knowledge, and leadership capability .

What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, building strong relationships and providing a consistently high level of service and responsiveness.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned commercial and medical office properties.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, property management plans, and monthly financial reporting.
• Review financial statements, operating results, and budget variances and identify opportunities to improve property performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high standards for property operations and tenant service.
• Coordinate leasing-related activities, including space showings, tenant qualification, lease negotiations, renewals, and reporting for third-party clients.
• Manage tenant move-ins, move-outs, walkthroughs, and ongoing tenant needs.
• Conduct regular property inspections and proactively address maintenance, appearance, safety, and operational concerns.
• Build and manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring services meet expectations for quality, safety, responsiveness, and cost effectiveness.
• Manage vendor contracts, supplier agreements, and related property documentation.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and compliance with fire/life safety, OSHA/MIOSHA, and other applicable building requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee tenant improvement, common area, capital, and other property-related projects.
• Supervise, train, and provide direction to on-site property and service personnel, as applicable.
• Monitor competitive market conditions and identify opportunities to strengthen tenant satisfaction, retention, and property positioning.
• Partner with internal teams, ownership, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to support the overall success of assigned properties.

What We're Looking For

• Prior commercial property management experience .
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong relationships with tenants, clients, vendors, and internal partners.
• Strong understanding of property financials, including budgeting, forecasting, financial statements, operating expenses, and variance analysis .
• Knowledge of commercial building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety.
• Experience managing vendors, service providers, contracts, and property-related projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop on-site personnel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple properties, projects, and priorities.
• Proficiency with property management systems and standard business software.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant education and professional experience will also be considered.
• Continuing education and participation in professional or community organizations are encouraged.
