Take premium payments from customers. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. Requirements A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train a qualified individual. 2-3 years of Commercial Insurance account manager experience preferred Agency management System and Microsoft Suite Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
