Bilingual Phlebotomist

Bilingual Phlebotomist – Dallas, TX Labcorp is a leader in diagnostics, drug development and healthcare innovation. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm; Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm (rotating; as needed) Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2 or more years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical or hospital environment. 1 or more years assisting all patient groups (pediatric – geriatric). Current or prior LabCorp experience. Bilingual skills (English & Spanish). Additional Job Standards Must hold an accredited phlebotomy certification or completed training program if lacking experience. Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Capable of working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Incentive Program Phlebotomists may be eligible to participate in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
