Your Mission:

• Create a welcoming and professional front desk experience for visitors, residents, and staff
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure every interaction is positive
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Support administrative operations and daily office needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls accurately
• Take and relay messages in a timely manner
• Provide general information and directions about the facility
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and supply management
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
• Support new employee orientation processes as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members across departments

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience a plus!)
• Reliable and team-oriented
