QA Lead

Job TitleRole OverviewCandidates should have excellent skills with functional and automation testing tools, techniques & methodologies and should be able to make effective contributions in the product development by providing effective QA services in an agile development environment. Work with business and client's technical leads on extending the designing and implementing solutions to achieve the team & organization's common goals. Effectively communicate amongst the team members that are co-located as well as with those working from offshore and mentor the junior members of the team.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include working with Senior QA and Dev. Tech Lead for designing and developing frameworks and implementation for automated testsWork under guidance - on test strategies and implementing manual tests, debugging, defining corrective actions and provide guidance to QA Engineers.Also conduct testing before product releases to ensure the software meets the user's needs, review system requirements and track and analyze quality assurance metrics.Provide constructive and objective feedback to development team that is effective in identifying root causes.Work independently or with a team of QA Engineers to provide feedback and participate in resolving problems.Mentor junior members of the team, provide guidance on frame works, design principles and best practices that will help the project and enrichment of the team.Ensure that tests provide 100% coverage of code (of the modules under test) and ensure they cover the relevant combinations of inputs, outputs and error conditions
