Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D

RN Clinical Nurse – Nursing

Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:

• Active RN license in accordance with state regulations
• Knowledge of the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act
• Familiarity with the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, individualized patient care in a clinical environment.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring safety and service excellence.
• Uphold the voice of the patient and adhere to system policies and procedures.
• Use evidence-based practice and research to guide nursing care.
• Participate in Wellstar Shared Governance Model activities and uphold professional values.

Compliance / Notes:

Adhere to policies regarding orientation, background checks, and drug screens.
