In Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity, we have designed and built vehicles that have redefined their segments, combining exceptional range, performance, design, and expansive space in a single experience. We achieve this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production happening in-house across our global offices and manufacturing facilities. Our teams come from industries around the world, united by a shared commitment to excellence. By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what’s possible and shape the future of mobility.Role OverviewThe Senior Global Supply Manager (GSM) for Electronics Components will be responsible for owning, maintaining, and reporting-on commercial and supply chain data (ordering, forecasts, pricing, indices, trends) and create tools to and processes to optimize pricing and ordering.You Will:Own, maintain, and report-on core datasets: demand forecasts, supplier orders, pricing, indexes, trendsDevelop and maintain tools and processes/automations to optimize EE components purchasing, reduce costs and improve supplier performance.Maintain clear progress trackers and process documentation to ensure the full organization can benefit from the reports and modelsTrack internal and external cost impacts from suppliers and engineering change requestsConduct regular market analyses to identify industry trends and support index-based price negotiationsYou Bring:5+ years minimum work experience: Data Science, Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Engineering.Prefer: Experience with PCBAs or electronics purchasingPrefer: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply-Chain or FinanceThe ability to adapt, improvise, and solve problems, as well as work independently on multiple tasks or projects. Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities. Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau JIRA, Confluence, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)Prefer: Experience with automation tools: Python, SQL, dashboardsAbility to mitigate unforeseen problems creatively and effectively. Pluses: highly organized and detail-oriented and strong note-taker with good documentationAt Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it! Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program.
