Leadership is highly engaged, collaborative, and focused on long-term growth and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full lifecycle project management including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout Drive project budgets, margins, forecasting, and resource allocation Lead coordination efforts across clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Proactively identify and resolve risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget Provide executive-level reporting, project updates, and stakeholder communication Champion safety, compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Strong project management experience within construction, industrial, or related industries Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and process improvement mindsetPreferred QualificationsPMP certification Experience with material handling systems, warehouse automation, robotics, or conveyor systems Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentsCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $100,000–$125,000 DOE On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: Performance Bonus Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement offerings Additional Perks: High-growth environment, executive visibility, collaborative culture, and opportunity to shape operational processes as the company scales
