Nurse Practitioner (PT)- Atlantic Health Assisted Living and Home Visits

JOB DESCRIPTION

Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey’s largest non‑profit healthcare networks, is currently seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join the Assisted Living and Home Visit Team near Union, New Jersey. The NP will visit patients aged 65 or older in their homes and assisted living facilities for primary care visits in the Union County area. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the geriatric community. The Nurse Practitioner will be supported by physicians and resident physicians in a well‑established practice. This part‑time position is 15 hours per week with no weekend requirement or on‑call duties. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a practicing NP in internal medicine/geriatric medicine and a passion for caring for the geriatric population.
