ShipperPay: $25/hr, paid weekly Location: Savage, MN 55378 Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday | 2:00 PM–10:00 PM Off: Tuesdays & SaturdaysOverviewThe Shipper supports daily warehouse and distribution operations by verifying incoming and outgoing product loads, preparing baked goods for shipment, and loading route trucks. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, basic computer skills, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.ResponsibilitiesCount and verify incoming and outgoing product loads and returns.Load baskets and trays of baked goods onto route trucks.Break down, organize, and stack products including bread, muffins, and bagels.Inspect outgoing products to ensure they meet quality standards.Record shortages, overages, and inventory adjustments using computer applications.Complete shipping paperwork accurately and maintain proper documentation.Communicate product issues, inventory discrepancies, and daily activities to management.Maintain a clean, safe, and secure warehouse environment.Operate a DOT-regulated route truck when required.Perform additional warehouse and shipping duties as assigned.Required QualificationsShipping, warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.Basic understanding of warehouse and shipping operations.Valid driver's license.Basic computer skills.Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, including overhead.Ability to push or pull at least 50 pounds.Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly bend, twist, climb, stack, and move products.Must be at least 18 years old.Candidates operating a DOT-regulated vehicle must be at least 21 years old and able to meet applicable DOT requirements, including passing a DOT physical and road test.Benefits: Employee contribution may be required.Health insurance.Health savings account.Dental insurance.Vision insurance.Flexible spending accounts.Life insurance.Retirement plan.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
