Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates interested in a career in the staffing industry!
\n \nWe will begin reviewing and interviewing candidates in November with expected start dates in December and January.
\n \nWe are recruiting for the following openings:
\n- \n
- Part Time Front Desk Assistant \n
- Recruiting Assistant \n
- Recruiting Coordinator \n
These opportunities offer the chance to forge relationships with both employees and customers, to learn about the diverse business community in which we live, and to apply your service and sales experience in a new way.
\n \nThe Front Desk Assistant is responsible for front line customer service (answering phones, assisting walk ins) as well as screening applicants, checking references, and providing administrative support. Office experience is needed.
\n \nThe Recruiting Assistant is responsible for screening and interviewing applicants, administering pre-employment screening, preparing candidates for interviews, on-boarding new employees, generating reports and forms, providing assistance and support to field employees, and conducting on-site training.
\n \nSuccessful PAs will have some business experience, a proven ability to work at a fast pace, a keen attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a “let me take care of that” approach to work.
\n \nThe Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for client services and employee relations. In this role you will recruit and screen talent, coordinate the placement of candidates into openings with a diverse set of Lehigh Valley clients, and communicate w/ clients regarding openings and employee performance.
\n \nSuccessful Coordinators are conscientious professionals who have a background in sales, service and/or coordination, a proven track record of building strong relationships, and the ability to shift priorities without losing sight of the big picture.
