Position Overview:
This dual-role position combines clinic leadership with direct client services. The Clinic Manager Esthetician & Laser Technician is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading the team, driving revenue, and performing advanced skincare and laser treatments. The ideal candidate is both a strong leader and a skilled provider with a passion for aesthetics, sales, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Operations:

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service
• Lead, coach, and motivate staff to meet and exceed sales and performance goals
• Monitor key metrics including revenue, bookings, conversion rates, and client retention
• Manage scheduling, staffing, payroll, and performance evaluations
• Recruit, onboard, and train team members
• Handle client concerns and ensure an exceptional end-to-end experience
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure operational readiness
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and state regulations
• Partner with marketing to drive local promotions and lead generation

Clinical & Service Responsibilities:

• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and advanced esthetic services
• Conduct laser treatments such as laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation (based on certification)
• Perform client consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on services, packages, and homecare products
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and client records
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and client care

Qualifications:

• Active Esthetician license (required)
• Laser Technician certification (required, per state regulations)
• 2+ years of experience in a medspa or aesthetic environment
• Prior management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong sales background with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
