Associate Attorney

We don't just litigate cases. We take them to trial. We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with a minimum of three years of experience who wants more than a title and a billing target. What You Will Do Manage civil litigation matters through all phases of a case Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and written discovery Conduct legal research and help develop case strategy Take and defend depositions Prepare clients, fact witnesses, and experts for hearings, mediation, and trial Appear in court for hearings, motion practice, and related proceedings Participate in mediations, arbitrations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Work closely with partners on litigation strategy and case development Our matters include business disputes, contract claims, construction-related disputes, real estate-related disputes, and other complex civil litigation. What We Are Looking For A minimum of 3–5 years of civil litigation experience Experience in business disputes, contract claims, construction-related disputes, and real estate-related disputes is preferred Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Experience with discovery, motion practice, and court appearances Sound judgment, professionalism, and a strong organizational ability A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when needed Why This Opportunity Stands Out Many firms promise hands-on experience and mentorship. Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary based on experience 15% bonus after 1800 billable hours, plus potential for additional merit-based bonus(es)

• 10,000 sign-on bonus (for direct hires)
• 4,000 after 90 days; $6,000 after 1 year of employment
