Operations Support Specialist

Coordinating academic functions such as enrollment and onboarding, the full-time Operations Support Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while working remotely to enhance the student experience. Key responsibilities Identify gaps in current processes and recommend or develop new ones in collaboration with various departments Act as a liaison between teams and project managers to ensure effective communication and updates Stay informed about SNHU degree programs and requirements, sharing updates with stakeholders as needed Required qualifications One year of relevant experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Experience with process development and improvement, utilizing data and metrics Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
