What You'll Do

As an Online Customer Service Representative, you'll provide a professional and personalized experience to prospective and existing clients.

  Customer Service & Client Support

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals and families interested in learning about available benefits

• Listen carefully to client needs and concerns

• Answer questions clearly and professionally

• Assist eligible clients with applications and enrollment

• Conduct applicable policy and benefit reviews

• Assist existing clients with beneficiary and policy-related service requests

• Provide ongoing follow-up and customer support

• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
