Electrical Foreman

Overview Foreman – Electrical Rosendin invites experienced electrical professionals to monitor installations and ensure work meets company standards and project specifications. Responsibilities Achieve productivity objectives by assigning tasks and maintaining a labor tracking log. Establish project goals and monitor progress toward objectives. Manage purchase orders, procure materials, and enforce bulk‑buy procedures. Adhere to contract changes, change‑order policies, and prefabrication facility usage. Ensure safety, tools, and equipment are on site; provide required notices on crew changes. Resolve issues proactively and ensure crew shifts start and finish on time. Perform meal/break time compliance with local labor laws. Conduct performance evaluations of crew members. Maintain accurate “as‑built” drawings as per procedures. Communicate with owners, architects, contractors and crew. Ensure all work meets NEC, federal, state, county, local codes and contract documents. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Qualifications State‑issued electrical license where required. Minimum five years electrical experience. Experience in a Foreman, Superintendent or other electrical leadership role. Proficiency in managing labor cost, scheduling, procurement, safety, and quality control. Physical Demands and Work Environment Perform ladder climbing, wire pulling, conduit pulling, lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead. Maintain standing or repetitive actions, use arms, hands, and fingers for cable handling. Work off ladders, man‑lifts or reach booms; lift 50 lbs. from ground and pull 50 lbs. of force. Ability to work without fear of heights and maintain vision and hearing standards. Exposure to weather, noise, cramped and dirty conditions; risk of electrical shock or other site accidents. 40‑hour workweek; overtime, nights, or weekends may be required.
