Job Description
Interim Technology Counsel
\n \nFirm Advice is conducting a search on behalf of our international technology client for a full-time, temporary / interim counsel. Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements and enterprise software licenses.
\n \nPosition is full-time beginning immediately.
\n \nThis position is fully remote with an hourly range between $80 and $125.
\n \nREQUIREMENTS
\n- \n
- JD and member in good standing in one US bar. \n
- 7 plus years' experience drafting and negotiating technology and engineering contracts, including Saas and enterprise software licenses. \n
- Experience handling a high-volume of contracts a plus. \n
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, work within budget, meet deadlines and resolve problems, with a solid understanding of the business and legal environments \n
