Qualifications Required: ASN or Nursing Diploma; 1‑2 years experience in specialty; strong communication and organizational skills; proficient computer skills. Certifications: BLS; active New Jersey Registered Nurse license; valid New Jersey State driver’s license. Preferred: BSN (to be completed within 5 years upon hire); screening certification eligibility; national certification. Scheduling Requirements Day Shift, 36 hours. Essential Functions Provide nursing care within scope of practice and uphold the ANA code of ethics. Maintain evidence‑based practice and advance personal and team knowledge. Report safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors. Understand the patient population served. Supervise and delegate tasks, and collaborate with other patient‑care providers. Set and evaluate priorities to achieve measurable outcomes and continuous improvement. Integrate the nursing process and individualize care plans for each patient.
