The RN assures safety in practice and promotes evidence-based practice, continuously advancing knowledge through communication and resource utilization. The RN reports safety issues, such as hazardous environments and medical errors, maintains knowledge of the patient population, supervises task delegation, collaborates with other providers, sets priorities, and uses nursing processes to individualize care plans to address specific patient needs. Qualifications Required ASN or Nursing Diploma One to two years' experience within specialty Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient computer skills Preferred BA/BS/BSN Degree Completion of Clinical experience in NLN accredited school Screening Certification eligibility National Certification Certifications and Licenses Required BLS and ACLS certification Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License Must possess and maintain a valid N.J.
