What You'll Do- Nurture and inspire a diverse group of children, empowering them to reach their full potential.
- Build strong relationships with families and collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure every child receives comprehensive support.
- Create a vibrant and inclusive classroom culture that promotes social-emotional learning, creativity, and intellectual growth.
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each child.
- Utilize formative assessments to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions that drive student growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a cohesive curriculum that addresses the needs of all learners.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and incorporate innovative approaches into your teaching.
- Foster a culture of mutual respect, empathy, and open communication among children, families, and staff.
- CPR/ First Aid Certification (Required)
- Must be registered with CTOEC registry Head Teacher Certificate. ( required )
- Associates Degree Required
