Are you an experienced lash artist looking for a place to call home? Have you built a loyal clientele but are tired of paying booth rent, managing overhead, and running every aspect of your business alone?

We're looking for experienced, passionate lash stylists to join our luxury salon in Cranford, NJ .
What You'll Do
- Perform high-quality eyelash extension services while maintaining Lure Lash standards.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Educate clients on aftercare and product recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team of beauty professionals.
- Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury guest experience.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of professional lash extension experience preferred.
- Existing clientele is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for quality work.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in New Jersey (or eligible to obtain licensure).
