Your leadership will ensure the highest standards of care and compliance, while your assessment skills will help shape tailored interventions for students with communication needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credential
• Demonstrated experience supervising SLPAs, preferably in a school setting
• Strong background in conducting and interpreting speech/language evaluations
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive educational atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and mentor onsite SLPAs, providing guidance and support with caseload management and intervention techniques
• Conduct thorough assessments and deliver insightful evaluations for students requiring speech/language services
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize each student’s progress
• Maintain detailed records and ensure all documentation meets professional and regulatory standards
