Pool Attendant - Seasonal, Part Time

Role Overview The Pool Attendant ensures guests enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment and provides assistance throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well Work as a team to enhance the guests experience Maintain an active presence around the pool area, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction Work closely with housekeeping to ensure towels are clean and readily available Check in arriving guests to the pool area, helping them to identify as hotel/resort guests and find available area for them to set‑up for the day Clean all areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating procedures Set‑up and break down the pool area to ensure a successful day Remove soiled linen and trash from all service areas and take to appropriate locations in the prescribed manner Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other team members Qualifications Experience in a guest service role Open availability including evenings and weekends Engaging and energetic personality Ability to work on feet for an extended period Ability to communicate effectively Capable of lifting, carrying, and positioning loads of at least 25 lbs. Availability to work varied shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays Compensation $15.00 - $15.00 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
