RN - Case Management

Case Manager RNThis is a 13-week contract position.Shifts are 4x10 or 5x8 Days, with times varying between 07:00 - 18:00. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend.The Case Manager RN will be responsible for managing patient care through coordination, planning, and evaluation to ensure optimal outcomes.
