Job Overview Drive N-Motion, located in Thornton, CO, is hiring a full‑time Shop Foreman (Senior Mechanic – Diagnostic Technician) to oversee the service department that reconditions hundreds of cars per month. Responsibilities As the Shop Foreman – Senior Technician, you will diagnose and repair vehicles, manage a team, and ensure all vehicles are safe and drivable before returning to customers. Key duties include: Diagnosing problems using industry diagnostic tools. Performing general maintenance and complex engine services. Addressing minor issues to prevent major failures. Maintaining a safe, efficient shop environment. Qualifications 5+ years of auto repair experience. Mentorship mindset with history of leading a larger team. Ase certification required. Valid driver’s license. Additional skills: problem‑solving, attention to detail, strong communication, goal‑oriented mindset. Work Schedule Flexible schedule; ability to work a 3‑to‑5‑day work week. Compensation & Benefits Salary up to $45.00 per hour. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k) with company match, PTO, flexible scheduling, relocation assistance up to $2,000 for company‑paid residence, tool relocation assistance up to $1,000.
