Schedule

Day Shift: 06:00-18:00 (6 days on, 8 days off; 12-hour shifts)

Job Description

The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) will provide high-quality and safe respiratory care to patients of all age groups, including critical care and neonatal. The RRT will work independently in a fast-paced environment and will have strong general respiratory therapy skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapies and treatments to patients
• Assess patient respiratory status and response to treatment
• Maintain and operate respiratory equipment, including ventilators and CPAP machines
• Document patient care activities in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) RRT certification
• BLS, PALS, NRP, and ACLS certifications
• 1-2 years of experience in respiratory therapy preferred
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to rapid changes
