Vacancy Status: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is looking for Client Service Managers for a healthcare advocacy company in New Jersey, Mount Laurel. This is a permanent role that will report directly to the Client Service Director in the Account Management Division. The successful candidate provides a high standard of service for all clients and participating retirees, resulting in an exceptional service experience. They will work directly with client staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and manage day-to-day client relationships. The Client Service Manager will not have direct reports but rather manage clients and those relationships. Types of clients are Labor Unions, public/private sector Insurance Carriers, Universities/Colleges, Municipalities, etc. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE High School diploma or equivalent 4+ years’ experience in roles which are customer facing, client service, sales, operations, benefit administration, project management, or account management experience. 2+ years experience, specifically focused in healthcare, health insurance, provider billing, client benefit or medical call center-based environment. Proficient in Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Proficient in Salesforce ADIP Training and Certificate.
