Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with multidisciplinary medical teams to resolve clinical risks, optimize service workflows, and drive cost-containment strategies. Clinical Data Analytics: Synthesize complex data from diverse clinical sources to build high-level quality and financial reports for service line leaders. Program Execution: Coordinate and accelerate daily operations for comprehensive quality improvement, risk reduction, and patient safety initiatives. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required. What additional preferences we're seeking Clinical experience in the Emergency Room and/or ICU, experience with quality improvement.
