California Licensed PMHNP Content Lead

To support the development of educational materials, the part-time California Licensed PMHNP Content Lead will collaborate with the nursing content team to create and review curriculum and practice test content for PMHNP students and practicing clinicians in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality learning materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with accreditation standards Manage multiple content development projects, tracking progress and addressing challenges proactively Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate clinical content and ensure it reflects current research and evidence-based practices Required qualifications Masters or doctorate-prepared NP with active RN/APRN licensure in good standing Board-certified as a PMHNP with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in psychiatric-mental health or related fields Experience in curriculum development for graduate-level nursing coursework preferred Familiarity with accreditation requirements for PMHNP programs Strong organizational and project management abilities, with comfort using collaborative software
