Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Hemet, CA .
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service and sales skills, strong verbal and written communication, organizational ability, and computer proficiency. Experience with Yardi Voyager is strongly preferred. We offer competitive pay and a leasing bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Perform leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties.
- Lease and market available and upcoming apartment homes.
- Prepare and process leasing paperwork and applications for approval.
- Review lease agreements and addenda with new residents.
- Conduct apartment inspections and report required improvements.
- Assist with resident relations and issue resolution.
- Enter lease data, fees, deposits, and related information.
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents.
- Process Notices to Vacate and accept rental payments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Ability to meet company standards for a drug/alcohol-free workplace and pass a criminal background check.
- HUD experience preferred.
