Job Title – Warehouse (Data) Analyst

Location – 6540 Franz Warner Pkwy, Whitsett, NC 27377

Contract – 12 months contract (possibility to go perm)

Pay Rate – $32 USD hourly on W2

Shift : 1 st Shift, M-F, 6:30am to 3:00pm.

Job Description:

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Analyst will support USFC operations by analyzing warehouse data and creating reports, dashboards, and charts that help leadership monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities. This role will work closely with Operations, Inventory, Engineering, Quality, and Transportation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Develop Excel dashboards, charts, and performance scorecards.
• Track productivity, backlog, service levels, labor utilization, inventory accuracy, and order aging.
• Analyze performance by department, process, and shift.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and causes of missed targets.
• Present findings and recommendations to warehouse leadership.
• Assist with production planning and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Validate data and ensure reporting is accurate and completed on time.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, supply-chain, or operational data analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, charts, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to organize large amounts of data and explain results clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP EWM.
• Previous experience supporting a warehouse or fulfillment operation.
• The primary focus of this position will be data analysis, reporting, and chart development to support operational decision-making.
