Product Manager
Globus Medical
Globus Medical seeks a Product Manager to oversee musculoskeletal medical device products from conception through market release and lifecycle management. The role collaborates across design, manufacturing, quality, and marketing teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting clinical evidence development.
Responsibilities
- Establish strategic plans and objectives in collaboration with management
- Develop mechanical, pre-clinical, and clinical data to support technology development
- Conduct market analysis to identify new product opportunities and line extensions
- Lead cross-functional project coordination including design reviews and validation activities
- Create marketing plans, sales collateral, and regulatory documentation for product launches
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years related experience, or Master's degree with 3 years experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced project management and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with new product introduction and lifecycle management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
