Outpatient Physical Therapist permanent position with a schedule of four 10-hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday, with no weekend requirements. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with a wide range of physical impairments in an outpatient setting. The PT will develop individualized plans of care and work collaboratively with a team of therapists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services. Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university required
• CPR certification required
• Active state PT license required
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration abilities
• Experience with manual therapy, vestibular rehab, or pelvic floor therapy preferred
