We're looking for leaders like you to be the Captain of our team!Location: Hildreth Elementary SchoolSchedule: Monday-Friday mornings and afternoons, 7:00am to 9:00am and 3:30pm to 6:00pmPay & Benefits:Benefits are available Employee referral program - up to $150 for every successful new hire you referDeep discounts on program tuition for dependents - Bring your school-age child to work for 80% discount off the current program tuition rates for each eligible child in attendance.Friendship and laughter comes with a paycheck!As an AlphaBEST Captain, you'll be trained to do the following:Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and sHere's what you'll need:Must have a HS diplomaMust be at least 20 years oldAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needsMust be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulationsAt least one year of supervised work experience with school-aged children or one practicum (this can be reduced to 9 months with bachelor's degree or associate degree in any field; to 6 months with Bachelor's in early educationCome join the AlphaBEST movement to help kids journey to greater discovery and connection to the world around them.
