Registered Nurse (RN)BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. is expanding in the Burnsville and surrounding areas and is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Home Care Case Manager four or five days per week. Four days a week is salaried at $65,000 and five is $82,000. This salaried role works closely with a team of RNs and LPNs to complete assessments, reassessments, and select skilled nursing tasks for private-pay and veteran clients. As a non-Medicare agency, BrightStar Care does not require OASIS documentation. Our nursing team is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes. This position offers PTO accrual starting on day one and paid mileage between client visits and the office.
