Position Summary To plan, organize, and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients in a variety of age groups according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy. Ability to perform work accurately and give attention to detail. Ability to use effective critical thinking and analytical skills. Ability to use effective time management to set priorities and perform job-related responsibilities. Ability to communicate and interact with relevant departments within the health-system, patients, family members, and multidisciplinary team members in accordance with Valley's SERVE and CARE standards. Ability to interact with patients in stressful situations and changing work environments related to changing patient needs.
