Role Description The Assistant role at Nest Egg Wealth Management Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Peoria, IL. Our office hours are 9 am to 5 pm. Your role will include supporting daily office operations, including managing calendars, coordinating client meetings, preparing and updating client documents, and maintaining organized records and sensitive information. Responsibilities include answering phones, responding to client inquiries, and directing communications to the appropriate team members. You will help with basic data entry into financial planning or CRM systems, support compliance-related documentation, and assist with preparing reports or presentations for client reviews. This role also involves general administrative tasks such as filing, mail handling, and collaborating with advisors to ensure a professional and efficient client experience. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and comfort learning new systems such as CRM or financial planning tools. Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal team members in a professional manner. Attention to detail in scheduling, document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping. Customer service mindset, with a courteous and solutions-oriented approach to client and colleague requests. Ability to work on-site in Peoria, IL and collaborate with advisors and staff in a team-focused environment. Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or financial services is beneficial.
