We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Brandon, FL market. In this role, you will drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the local territory. No prior experience is required—we provide the training and tools you need to succeed.

This is a full-time sales role with a clear path to leadership. Our client promotes 100% from within — every manager started in this exact position. You will learn the business from the ground up with a dedicated mentor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in your assigned territory

• Conduct product demonstrations that clearly highlight features and benefits

• Prospect, negotiate, and close deals

• Manage accounts and deliver ongoing customer support to ensure high satisfaction

• Track activities, leads, and performance using Salesforce or similar CRM tools

• Partner with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities

• Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and local market conditions

Preferred Skills Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience (inside or direct sales preferred)

• Strong territory and time-management skills

• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities (verbal and written)

• Account management experience or a natural ability to build long-term relationships

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms

• Comfortable negotiating contracts and handling basic paperwork (orders, invoices, etc.)

• Ability to deliver engaging product demos

• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively

Compensation

• Uncapped commissions + bonuses incentives

• Target First-Year Range: $42,000 - $89,000+. Depending on individual execution and production.
