About the Role As a PRN Registered Nurse with Highland Care Center, you will be responsible for: Providing direct patient care to our residents and patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care Monitoring and reporting patient progress, providing updates to families and healthcare providers as needed Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to our residents and patients, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Administer medications, perform vital signs, and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care Monitor and report patient progress, providing updates to families and healthcare providers as needed Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans What We Offer Join our dynamic team at Highland Care Center where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
