• $316,877 $355,052+ uncapped (FFS model)

Requirements:

• Board Certified PM&R or Internal Medicine
• Minimum 2 years as an attending in an inpatient rehab facility (REQUIRED)
• Florida license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA required

Practice Model:

• Manage inpatient rehab patients with complex medical needs
• Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and case management teams
• Lead quality initiatives and facility-level clinical oversight
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation
