About the Role As the Director, Head of Creative, you will shape and scale our global creative strategy, leading a high-performing team to deliver compelling, community-focused brand experiences. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will partner with cross-functional leaders to drive innovation, optimize creative operations through scalable, AI-assisted processes, and ensure consistent, high-quality brand representation across global markets. This role requires a data-driven approach to strategy, a passion for fostering an inclusive team culture, and the ability to champion creative initiatives that raise the quality bar, while resonating with our diverse community of streamers and viewers. You can work from San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Irvine, CA; Seattle, WA; or New York, NY. You Will - Lead and develop: Build and mentor a high-performing creative team, fostering a culture of psychological safety, inclusivity, and continuous feedback. - Drive creative strategy and long-term vision: Partner with cross-functional leaders to align business objectives with long-term creative vision. - Oversee brand identity: Maintain global visual and verbal brand standards across all markets to ensure consistency. - Lead agency partnerships: Direct external partners and agencies to deliver creative excellence under tight timelines. - Influence senior leadership: Champion creative initiatives to senior stakeholders through data-driven storytelling to secure alignment. - Champion innovation: Stay current with industry trends and technology to elevate the brand and inspire breakthrough work.
