Head Chef For Il Parco Commissary Kitchen

We are looking for someone with experience to be the head chef of the commissary kitchen for Il Parco. Required to know the norms and procedures of a professional kitchen. The candidate should know various cooking styles and techniques, with a focus on Italian.

Among your responsibilities, you should:

• Create and execute the food production for the kitchen business
• Coordinate and organize your staff (scheduling, production, work division)
• Manage inventory and place orders for the kitchen
