Home Visiting Family Support Specialist — Sign-On Bonus

One Hope United is seeking a Prevention Home Visiting Family Support Specialist to join our ELCD program in Illinois. You will enroll families, conduct home visits, and coordinate services to support child development and family well-being. You will collaborate with staff to meet funder requirements, provide crisis intervention when needed, and help families set goals while linking them to health, nutrition, and education resources.
