What You'll Do

Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment ensuring compliance with hospital standards
Inspect, assemble, and package sterile supplies for surgical procedures
Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization processes
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols in a fast-paced surgical environment
Collaborate with surgical teams and support staff to ensure timely instrument availability
Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of sterile equipment
Follow hospital policies and procedures to uphold patient safety

What You Need
Required:

Valid certifications in CBSPD & IAHCSMM/HSPA
Minimum 2 years of experience in sterile processing or surgical instrumentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred:

Experience with hospital sterilization equipment and procedures
Prior surgical support experience
