Accounting Supervisor - Multi-Site AccountingWe are seeking an Accounting Supervisor with expertise in multi-site accounting. Your role will involve overseeing financial tasks across different locations. Here's what you'll do:Monitor daily banking activities and manage cash flow for our corporate office, company-owned centers, and affiliate companies.Prepare monthly reports for items like Royalty Fees, National Advertising Fees, Rent, Mortgages, and Property Taxes.Provide support to Area Managers in accounting and bookkeeping matters.Generate monthly financial statements for review.Collaborate with our HR department to facilitate monthly payroll processing.Collect and review monthly financial statements from various locations, benchmarking and tracking the financial performance of the system.Update and monitor National Advertising expenditure, submitting a monthly report to the CEO and Director of Operations.Perform monthly reconciliations of credit cards and other accounts.Gather tax-related information for the annual company audit.Act as the primary point of contact for accounting and financial matters at our corporate office.Requirements:A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.Proficiency in ERP systems.Prior experience in multi-site accounting is highly desired.Any prior public accounting experience would be a bonus.We offer a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
