Accounting Specialist

As an accounting specialist at Gallup Federal Credit Union, you'll serve as the operational backbone of our accounting function, ensuring precision, integrity and reliability in every transaction. You will manage general ledger activity, oversee accounts payable and reconciliation processes, and help prepare accurate financial reporting that supports sound decision-making and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on role designed for an experienced accounting professional who values ownership, thrives in a highly regulated environment, and is energized by improving systems and processes.
