Position Title: Action Item Coordinator

Position Summary

The Bilingual Action Item Coordinator is responsible for tracking and following up on company action items across departments. This role ensures tasks are completed on time, deadlines are met, and progress is clearly communicated in both English and Chinese.

This position plays a key role in improving execution, communication, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Action Item & Project Tracking

• Maintain and update company-wide action items and to-do tracking lists.
• Track deadlines and ensure accountability from responsible departments.
• Proactively follow up on open tasks and escalate delays when necessary.
• Prepare weekly progress and status reports for management.

Operations & Data Tracking

• Assist in tracking production progress, cost-related tasks, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between production, sales, logistics, and management teams.
• Support management with special projects assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Operations, or related field).

1–3 years of administrative, coordination, project support, or operations experience preferred.

Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) – required.

Proficiency in Microsoft.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline.
